At UrbanBiker, we love seeing how you use our products. Therefore, we may ask you to share these images or videos on www.urbanbiker.com/en
These materials are primarily published on the product page of our website and in an inspiration gallery to give our customers an idea of the real-world uses of UrbanBiker products. In some cases, they may also be published on the UrbanBiker homepage, our social media channels, or our newsletter.
By responding to our request to publish your content, you agree to the following General Terms of Use:
Publication of photos and/or videos in the Gallery All photos or videos posted on social media tagging any of UrbanBiker’s social media profiles are subject to selection by UrbanBiker to appear on our website www.urbanbiker.com/en, in our newsletter, and on our social media. Your profiles must be “public” so that we can see your photo. Otherwise, your photo will not be visible and cannot be selected.
Material selection criteria and visual identity manual.
UrbanBiker will select photos and/or videos that highlight the brand’s products and best fit the brand’s image and spirit. The photos and/or videos must clearly show at least one UrbanBiker product. The selection of materials will be based on size, quality, and aesthetics. Photos and/or videos must not under any circumstances be contrary to public order, good customs, or current legislation. We prohibit any publication of abusive photos and/or videos that may be considered violent, dangerous, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hate-motivated, discriminatory, profaning, or pornographic. UrbanBiker assumes no obligation to use the materials, even if they meet all the conditions set forth in these General Terms of Use. If your photo is selected from a social network, you will receive a comment from the official UrbanBiker page on that network. Respond with the hashtag ‘#YesUrbanbiker’ to give your authorization and accept our current General Terms of Use.
Assignment of photo rights Participants certify that they own the copyright of the published photos or videos, as well as the authorizations related to the image rights of the people appearing in the photos. The publication of photos showing minors implies that you have previously obtained the consent of their legal representatives. By uploading your photos and/or videos and publishing content in the Gallery, you agree that your photo and/or video may be displayed on the following media: the commercial website www.urbanbiker.com/en and all media dedicated to the promotion of the brand (marketing campaigns, catalogs, social media, and other customer communications). By submitting a photo and/or video, you authorize UrbanBiker to have a free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license right. You grant UrbanBiker the right to use, modify, change, reproduce in whole or in part the photographs and/or videos, directly or indirectly, by any technical process and on any medium, in particular, on its commercial website, on the various social networks where UrbanBiker is present, as well as in the media intended for our customers. Participants agree not to take any action (even on behalf of third parties) of any kind related to the use of the images as described above against UrbanBiker and anyone acting on its behalf.
Request to remove a photo You can request the removal of a photo or video at any time. Each content piece has a ‘report’ button located at the bottom right that you can use if you wish to report it.
Processing of personal data Your personal data, which the company UrbanBiker collects when you upload your photo, is used to integrate your photo into all the media described above and to ensure the promotion of UrbanBiker’s image. You can access your data, have it corrected, or request the limitation of its processing by sending an email to the following address: contact@urbanbiker.com
